Nice location and convenient to parks

We needed a nice relaxing place to stay for our family when we were in Orlando to go to the parks and visit family. This house was perfect. It was in a quiet location and had enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The pool was a nice cherry on top for a long day at the park!

Perfect for families

We went to Florida for a family wedding. My 4 adult sons and 2 dogs. The house was spacious, immaculate and very well equipped. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and perfect for relaxing and hanging out with cousins. I would definitely stay here next time we visit Florida.

We stayed here for my son’s wedding in Lake Helen. The yard/pool etc is awesome! The house itself could use some updating. Only one TV in whole house and no closet in master is a little inconvenient. House was very clean and communication was great.

Excellent Communication

Communication with John, the property manager, was excellent. Responses were fast "literally minimal time waiting on a response" and any request were done quickly even with our stay falling during Christmas week. Thanks again John.

Good location in lake Mary

We were here for a golf trip the property was as expected, the backyard was amazing. Communication with the property manager was good when you were three days out, but next to impossible to get questions answered upon booking. We would’ve used the backyard more if the pool had been heated and needing to text in order to get the hot tub turned on was inconvenient if you wanted it started later at night and forgot to let them know in advance. The kitchen was a good size, but the equipment in the kitchen needs updating in order to cook properly. The master bedroom only has drawers so you’re not able to hang up any clothing, but these are all minor things. There is a lot of pride in ownership and the backyard is absolutely outstanding. If we find ourselves in Lake Mary again we would likely rent this property.

Nice, relaxing family home...

The home is super nice and set up for a family to enjoy. Pool, fire pit, games and grill were great. Beds were comfy. And the host was super attentive of our needs. The small downtown city was a 3 minute drive and had a farmers market and cute little shops. And the rolled ice cream shop was a must!

Lovely property not quite perfect

Really nice property in quiet location. Has almost everything you need but could benefit from a drip coffee maker rather than a capsule machine and chopping boards. Would have given 5 stars if I hadn’t been mistakenly accused of bringing a pet into the property. Be warned you will be actively watched by the cameras at the front which feels like an invasion of privacy.

it was very beautiful and so relaxing as well as being close to restruants,etc. all you needed to bring was food and everything else was provided, even games, and we cant forget the pool. We loved everything about this house and would love to come again on our next retreat.

Great house

House was very clean. Beds comfortable. Backyard great with a nice pool. Very private. Only thing with bedrooms the side with master was freezing and the other 2 rooms on other side stayed a lot warmer. Maybe ac unit needs a check. Other than that great place.

Great fun with a fun back yard

Our children used the pool over and over again. We loved the quiet/secluded back yard. The location was close enough to where we needed, Rock Springs Creek and other paddling locations. Food in the area was very nice and gyms close by.

Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too.

Beautiful Property

We had a wonderful, quick stay, in this beautiful home. House was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had tons of cups, plates, bowls and silverware. We didn't do much cooking but there seemed to be a great selection of cookware. This dishwasher was not working during our stay which started happening with their prior reservation. A tech came out to try and fix it but needed a part and wasn't going to be done prior to our leaving. The manager told us not worry about doing the dishes and even offered to send someone to do them during our stay. The last thing I want to do on vacation is handwash dishes so this was wonderful that we didn't have to worry with it. There were plenty of bath towels and linens. A few more pool towels would have been nice, but we made do. Plenty of extra blankets as well, as it was colder than the norm when we stayed so they were definitely appreciated! Having to contact the manager whenever we wanted the hot tub turned on was not ideal, but he was very responsive and it was turned on quickly each time. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property!

Great location and stay

Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping center, restaurants, grocery and Topgolf. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was convenient to Boomah Sports complex as well. Enjoyed our stay, it was a little cold and rainy so we’re weren’t able to swim in the pool but the property manager turned on the heat for the spa/hot tub whenever we texted that we wanted to use it! We will be back!

Christmas Vacation

We had a great stay and the house was excellent for our family. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and walks by the lake. The spa and sauna were an extra plus to our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

Lovely house for family weekend

Our family stayed for a long weekend, and enjoyed this house. Very convenient location, the backyard is beautiful, and plenty of space for all of us inside. Lots of places to sit and talk, and tables to eat at. Overall, I would recommend staying at this house. The only thing I would change is the way the hot tub is set up. We had to text the property manager every time we wanted the hot tub to be heated. Would be much easier to have a timer at the property. But it worked fine, and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool!
