The stay in building B came with amazing views! The restroom door did not close all the way so water was everywhere and we only had 1 chair for our balcony, other then that it was a great weekend get away!

The manager is not very nice and does not show much hospitality. The location is good, walkable to the lake. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is terrible quality. AC/heater is too noisy. Waking us up every hour. Pool/tub not open but there is a resort fee?!

The room was much smaller than in other hotels. So was the bathroom and the shower. Not a dresser or a table where to put anything. We were really crammed in there. The hotel advertises rooms with queen beds but they are actually double beds. In addition the toilet in the room was dirty and both the pool and jacuzzi were closed for the season. Conveniently the hotel doesn’t advertise their closure on their website. We will not be staying here again. Not a good value for the money.

We had an amazing excellent time at this resort. Our kids had so much fun and enjoyed the s’mores by the fire. It was a great touch.

Jacuzzi was not working, would have loved to have one specially after skiing. Ice machine was broken and we had to walk to the other side of the building whenever we needed. Felt very inconvenient. However the staff was great, and loved the complementary marshmallow for the fire. You need to uber to Heavenly village, about 5 mins. But 30 minutes walk there.
