Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!

After I made this reservation I immediately got a note from the hotel that they don’t have a front desk which is always a big red flag for me. Once I checked in via their electronic system naturally the internet did not work for almost the entire two day stay. The staff were responsive in text messages but that’s not the kind of hotel experience I seek-lazy no front desk place with problems

Housekeeping did not clean our room once during our three night stay. There was no one working the front desk and we had to call the agency to check in. However, the man I spoke to on the phone was helpful and accomodating.

Amazing! I requested a birthday set up agead of our arrival and they went above and beyond! Perfect communication. And the hot tub has a great lake view! The fireplace is super nice aswell.

Clean room, extra included amneties like soap, sponge, paper plates, utensils and cups aside from the basic hotel room. The ADA room had ample table space and white bedding and multiple pillows were clean and comfortable. Driveway for access to the room was super helpful. Staff were communicative, helpful and provided towels quickly.

Room was very clean. Great fireplace that warms the place nicely. Nicely stocked kitchenette. Towels in the bathroom were super soft, very impressive. System to check-in where they send you your door access code ahead of time is very convenient. Great view out to the lake across the street.
