The employees VERY kind & Accommodating at the hotel. We were checked in Fast, told where snacks were for purchase, and given extra pillows per our request. Some areas of concern were the plumbing. The sink was clogged. This was challenging because I was pumping breastmilk and couldn’t clean bottles properly. I had to use the bathtub spout. The tub also showed signs of mold/mildew at the spouts (though the bathroom had certainly been cleaned), these areas needed special attention. The sink had a permanent metal structure screwed into the vanity top for the tissues box - as if the hotel was trying to prevent theft of tissue. The TV did not present any channels. The wifi did not allow connection to our devices for casting programs, and we could not access cable - so we had no entertainment during the evening. We found it difficult to imagine how a handicapped person could access their belongings if they were in a wheelchair because the beds were very high & there was no drawer space provided. For breakfast, the eggs were so overcooked that the yolk was grainy/sandy. The toaster was broken and it smelled like burnt toast. There were no tea bags to make tea with the hot water provided. We chose to go to a nearby Denny's instead. We shared feedback with hotel staff about the plumbing issues and received an apology & they promised to have it fixed right away for future guests. Staff was wonderful, we just hoped to have a better experience with basic amenities. More to share.
Permanent tissue box screwed to the vanity prevented us from clearing the vanity top to put our own belongings on there & spread our things out comfortably.
I was washing baby bottles and could not do it properly to get the soap off the bottles because the sink was clogged up. I had to use the bathtub spout instead.

We noticed some moldy areas in need of maintenance in the bathtub. Some caulking is also needed to prevent water getting in there causing health issues.

The hotel was very clean, smells great everywhere you go, breakfast was simple but enough. Staff was courteous. Location was close to everything. You can hear the noise from I4 but will not keep you up at night.

Room was decent and spacious. Bed a little soft, but otherwise alright. Toilet low. Staff nice. Room temperature excellent. Some highway noise, but no problem noise from nearby rooms. Room water had a fowl taste, but available bottled water sold near front desk reasonably priced. Breakfast good, but bacon needs to be cooked longer. Overall, a good value.
