In Völlan, 600 m above sea level above Lana, you will find the modern Residence Plattwies, designed by an architect. The building houses four apartments. The first-floor apartment is rented out as a holiday apartment or for longer stays. The high-quality construction as a climate house is designed in every detail for maximum living comfort. Great importance was attached to ecological building materials. The house welcomes you with warm brown tones and is located in an agricultural setting near the edge of the forest, with a house garden, fruit trees and a small vegetable patch.



The apartment faces southeast and offers 55 m² of space for 2 to 3 people. It is equipped with oiled oak floors and furniture. Natural lime paints on the interior walls and untreated larch windows create a pleasant indoor climate. The spacious living kitchen is flooded with light, attractively designed in color and features a worktop made of Seiser basalt. Geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system make the apartment almost energy self-sufficient. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures all year round. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and kettle.



A cozy bedroom with solid wood furniture (double bed, slatted frame and mattresses from sustainable production as well as a wardrobe) completes the ecological ambience. The modern bathroom with shower, WC and bidet offers all the comforts for a holiday or longer stay.
