This stay was one of the worst days ever. We have chosen this location several times over the years and it is always been a 10 definitely would rate it as a 3 this go around. Upon check-in, our room was extremely dirty on the second floor food stains, caked on the couch and the chairs and the floor. We then moved to the seventh floor room 724, which was completely fine at first and after three hours of being in our room, the heater kicked on instead of the AC. We finally got it down to 70° and it was working but when we came home from dinner, it was 78° in our room and the heater kept clicking on and off and the air then we moved rooms for the third time to room 717. Thank goodness that room was stable. After a long stressful Mother’s Day ready to use the pool and the hot tub. The Jets were broken and the rules were not being followed for having children in the pool after 9 o’clock. There was seven screaming kids ready back-and-forth, and when asked to tell them that it was adult swim the person at the front desk said I told them what else do you want me to do . Then we came down at 8:30 no muffins no bagels no croissants and the fruit was completely gone. We had an omelette ordered and made had to stand in line to make a waffle for about 10 minutes during that whole time. Never once was any of that stuff filled , all in all just very disappointing experience!!

The entire staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating! The furniture, carpets and other in room amenities were dated and tired. There were piles of dirty towels in the hallway from the time we arrived until we left. Toilet is extremely low.
