Clean and spacious room. Quite noisy as it was situated at the front of the hotel next to the main road. Reception based on the first floor which was unusual. Bed was comfortable. Drink making facilities available. Tried to check in an hour early, but was informed by the receptionist that I would have to pay £10 for an early check in, so I checked in later on in the evening.

This hotel has a drug problem

There were people walking around with drugs. A man asked me what drugs I was on and if he could have some. Another man asked if I could sell him some drugs and that I was off my head. I felt threatened by some of the residents who thought I eanted drugs from them.

The hotel was clean tidy and convenient for shops as in centre.Shower could do with being adjustable as dont want to wash hair everytime. Staff very friendly and helpful. .

Need a better shower system. Water dripped all over the floor as the curtains did nothing. The door also needs some kind of stopper as i wanted the door open to ventilate the steam. Way too warm and only had one socket? Need more than that by the bed at least

Never used the group before would use again

I was only staying 1 night so I want a clean comfortable bed and a good supply of hot water. I got both plus tea and coffee making. My only little gripe is that there were no usb charging points and I had forgotten my plug. Reception to the rescue.

Convenient central location. Room was clean and quiet. The bed and bedding were very uncomfortable. We didn’t get a lot of sleep and ended up checking out at 5:30 in the morning.
