It was a short stay but it was nice. The staff was friendly and set up was quick. The room itself was okay. It was clean and the beds and sheets were clean too. The room had a slight hint of smoke when we arrived which i guess is not the hotels fault if people decide to smoke in a non smoking hotel. But aside from that it was good. They had a small tv and free decent wifi.

At the the checkout, an extra amount was charged by mistake to my account. I had to return to the hotel to report the issue but noone there was able to explain anything. The man in charge had a very low level of english. Extremely bizarre for be at front end. Bad experience.

I was TRAPPED in the bathroom for ~15 min because the bathroom door latch didn’t work and I couldn’t open the door. I jerked the door and the handle came off. Fortunately I was able to disassemble the door lock using part of the handle locking button and let myself out. Who knows how long I’d be trapped if I hadn’t known how to disassemble the lock. Yes, this was very traumatizing. I informed the front desk and had him come up and look at what had happened. He didn’t offer an apology nor offered compensation for my trauma.

It was clean and easy access to the rooms. No Breakfast but for the price we should not expect one. Would like to be able to get some juice in the morning. Many restaurant's to choose from easy access to them.
