Was awakening at 3am by a couple argueing outside our window as well as loud guests slamming doors and yelling down the halllway. No one at front desk when checking out at 8am. I wanted a receipt but after a prolonged wait I dropping room keys in self check out box. Still waiting for emailed receipt.

The floors were dirty, swept but not mopped. Dead bugs lying around. Guest up all hours of the night outside in the parking lot making noise. Closet had no bar to hang our clothes. Mold around the bathtub. AC not the best. We were stuck on the 3rd floor at the end of the hallway opposite of the elevator, with my 90 year old mother. If you like the smell of Marijuana and don't care if you sleep at night then this is a place for you.

This Motel 6 did not have a pool or breakfast! There were bugs in the bed, which I recorded and showed management. They changed my room only to get another room with dirty towels and bugs in the bed! I would NEVER stay another Motel 6. The staff that checked me in was pleasant until I started to complain about my room. I checked out before my schedule day and time because of the bugs. Room service is only by request. I was not told this when I was checking in. I had to do a thorough check to make sure I did not bring any bugs home. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

We was not told when we checked in that we had to request our room to be cleaned and new laundry and towels. So the entire stay our room was never cleaned and no new towels was given. I went down the one night and requested new towels .

The room was clean but we had to kill two cockroaches in the bathtub one on the first night and a second one on the second night. The common area had a funny Oder there was thumping noise at times during the night. The bath towels were paper thin. The furniture was broken. The closet had the back broken out, no handles on the drawers, not that I would put anything in them. The main cabinet has a big piece broken out of the bottom. I will not stay there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

I was not concerned about shopping options or bringing a pet. I just wanted to check in, heat up some food, shower and go to a show. This was interrupted with a fire alarm. It was very chaotic and clearly the staff had no clue how to handle the matter. After the fire department came and cleared us to go back to our rooms, I showered and went to the show with a wet head because the motel does not provide hair dryers. Until now, I have been happy with Motel 6 but this location needs some improvements.

Good for pets, less for people

The hotel was easy to find and near lots of shopping. Unfortunately, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired. There was no handle on the water in the shower (you had to grab it with a towel to turn it on and off). The light over the bathroom sink didn't work. There were cigarette burns in one comforter.
