While the hotel was obviously a slightly older property, the rooms were extremely clean. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was available at the expected check-in time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. There are no in-room incidentals offered in the standard rooms (no snacks, drinks, etc.) There are vending machines in the hotel offering sodas and snack foods at very reasonable prices. There is also an ice machine on the first floor. The free breakfast was delicious and included eggs, sausage, and make-your-own waffles. The hotel is located within 15-20 minutes of downtown Lancaster.

Everything was okay except the pool. The pool was hot, as if it was being heated the same way the hot tub was. We chose to stay at a hotel with a pool because that was part of my son's 6th birthday getaway weekend and he loves to swim. He couldn't stay in for more than 10 minutes without being overheated.

The room is not that big but it got all the amenities I needed - clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, mini fridge and iron. I love that it is decently clean as well as the bathroom. We also enjoyed the hot tub and even the indoor pool has the same temperature - it was like hot spring - so good and relaxing! Breakfast served is just fine, staff are nice! Would love to come back if I’d be visiting again the area.
