Disliked: Cleanliness
The place was not professionally cleaned! Closet doors/blinds/screens/entry doors broken. Sheets dirty. Refer dirty. LARGE oil stain in driveway. This home is NOT up to VBRO standards. Terribly disappointing. Should not be made available until inspected by VBRO to confirm it is up to standards. We took video to avoid being charged. Had to clean and wash sheets to be able to stay. Owner was responsive and said sorry not up to your standards, you can leave and apply for a refund if you don't want to stay there.
