Independent, very quiet townhouse just 150 m from the Bassin d’Arcachon beach. Shops are 50 m away. You can do everything on foot or by bike. 25 m² terrace (no garden). Easy parking. Ideal for a couple or a family with 2 or 3 children. Small shower room next to the main bedroom, usually not an issue. High-speed Wi-Fi available.
Children’s play area by the water. Tourist office and cycle path 150 m away for bike or tennis rental (5 outdoor courts).
Shops open year-round 50 m away: artisan bakery, pastry shop, chocolatier, oyster farmer, greengrocer, deli, newsstand, pizzeria, seafood restaurants, Sunday market, rotisserie and potatoes in season.
