Old farmhouse renovated in a contemporary style
Located 4kms from Lantriac at an altitude of 850 m, Rochaubert is below a basalt cliff sheltering ancient cave dwellings. It is a typical Velay village with a mission cross dated 1689 and a house of assembly recognizable by its bell whose sound once rhythmed the daily life of the country. Built in volcanic stones, the house in which we welcome you is a traditional vellave farm. It is located at the very end of the village, sheltered from nuisance from the neighborhood. The interior has just been renovated with a concern for functionality and modernity. From the garden planted with local essences, the view is surprising, between sky, mountains, nature and volcanoes ... You will occupy the ground floor of the farm directly overlooking a large tree-lined courtyard with a terrace area.
