Great find after finding ourselves stranded in Cebu. Close to Airport and major shops. Friendly staff and overall room was excellent, clean and King sized bed made for a beautiful night's sleep. Complimentary breakfast, while advertised as banquet, pleasingly surprised It was choice from international breakfast menu. Ofc I went the Aussie complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, button mushrooms and baked beans served with toast. A complimentary iced tea (could be coffee or juice) was the perfect start to the morning after a nights rest

The hotel itself and the room are good. However the service was mediocre and although they advertised Airport Pickup we had difficulty reaching reception to arrange pickup which took an additional 20 minutes

Unfortunately the amenities were not great, my driver that picked me up at the airport was very ki d and accommodating, however the front office staff upon check in was not very welcoming. The restaurant in the lobby does not serve very good food, which is very expensive on top of that, I paid almost php for 2 small bottles of water which is unheard of. Overall my experience was fair, however there is much room for improvement.

Although, I believe our room needed improvement as far as air conditioning, more channels, coffee should automatically be given, coffee cups should be there already when the room has been cleared from any mess, it made up for awesome room service. The staff went above and beyond their means to give you an awesome experience with Appleton. My recommendation is to upgrade their rooms, which means the cost may go up per room. That is all. Thanks Appleton for the wonderful service.
