As of June 2025, a fairly new property and quite modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The TV was essentially unusable to an English speaker and it seems their primary clientele is South Korean? But that is a very minor thing to me. It was clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. I will probably stay there again on my future trips.

We loved our stay at the property, clean and spacious rooms with a rooftop view and great restaurant all in one. Would highly recommend for the price. Hospitality was also great. I would definitely stay again when back in Cebu.

The hotel has ample supplies of toiletries, coffee, water and the towels were top of the line and beddings. The room was very clean and spacious specially the bathroom, better than some 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very happy to serve. They always answer the phone everytime you call the desk, and service is very prompt. The location is in the middle of residential area, makes it hard to find for some taxis and the hotel is new. I’ll give it a 10/10.

Impressive room!

Hotel is very clean. Friendly front of house staff; willing to help and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Impressed with the room as soon as I opened the hotel room door, wow! Just wow! It’s amazingly affordable and the rooms were so nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. It was so clean and fresh. Have already recommended to a few family and friends.
