This is not a hotel â itâs just a hostel. Actually, itâs worse than a hostel. You have to use a shared restroom (meant for single-person use) with a bunch of people from multiple rooms. They didnât even clearly state the building number â whether it was 16A or 16B. It took me an hour to find the correct building and the booked sub-room, No. 4.
The smell in the room was absolutely disgusting, and there were no windows at all. It felt like a prison cell. The moment I stepped into the room, I decided to leave and book a different hotel in the city.
I really hope they change the listing title from âhotel roomâ to âhostel room.â If I had known it was a hostel, I would never have booked it. Hope this helps!
Client didn't get reserved room, no key was available, by watsapp he was suggested to move to another place by taxi and pay himself, since Property didn't provide a taxi, a new place appeared to be a hostel with a room for many people, while separate room was booked
I had a horrible experience here!
Not clearly advertised that these are rooms in an apartment.
4 rooms up to 4 people per room and one bathroom with no ability to use toilet and shower separately.
Zero sound protection as you can hear everything said with normal voice in any of the 4 rooms while you're trying to sleep. The exterior door to the balcony would not lock and a child could pick the lock to the room. Zero reason to believe anything like a camera or laptop will be in your room when you return from the beach. Thankfully Expedia refunded my stay and tried to find me an alternative place to stay. While using the Wifi to talk with expedia it suddenly shut off after they contacted the property owner on the phone? Thankfully I had video of all these issues and Expedia went out of their way to deal with with this issue.
Expedia really saved my trip in this instance.
