Built in 2009 on the edge of a small hamlet (see map) in the GERS countryside ; VERY PEACEFUL, elevated situation with splendid
views (as far as the Pyrénées on some days), ground floor covered terrace 30m², elevated terrace, 30m², offering 250m²
of living area in total.
Swimming pool 11m x 5m, private with wooden fence, private garden 3000m², private, shaded parking space.
Set near the fortified village f Larressingle, near the town of Condom. Gastronomy, regional produce, wines (1km from vineyard);
numerous tourist activities, 12 km of cycling track along old railway 400m from the house.
Boat-trips, canoeing, plenty of lovely historical sites to visit, museums, cultural events and festivals (see photo).
This house is at the very heart of Gascony with its Art de vivre, its relaxed Way of Life.

Le cadre est idyllique, la maison en pleine nature et très propre à l'arrivée. La piscine est plus qu'appreciable avec les chaleurs actuelles. Nous étions 6 adultes et 6 enfants à séjourner et c'était top.

La maison est magnifique et très bien agencée qui correspond bien à l annonce. Nécessaire disponible, il ne manque rien. Propriétaire a l écoute, Piscine spacieuse. Seul petit bémol, quand il fait chaud pas d air dans les chambres pour dormir, une climatisation serait bien venue. A voir absolument

Agréable maison en bois dans un environnement très agréable

Une maison spacieuse, équipée de manière fonctionnelle (sauf la télé, d’un autre âge) disposant d’une vue formidable sur la campagne Gersoise. Beaucoup d’opportunités de visites dans un rayon de 20 kms. Des propriétaires très sympathiques. Un lieu idéal pour des vacances familiales.

Vacances de rêve dans le Gers

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette belle maison. Le propriétaire est plein de bonnes intentions et est très réactif. La maison à notre arrivée était en bon état, propre et bien rangée: accueillante. Tout ce qui est nécessaire était à disposition (cuisine très bien équipée, rangements dans toutes les chambres, information sur la région). le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!

maison dans un état lamentable / pas propre Piscine hors d'usage (même si çà peut arriver) et même si le temps ne permettait pas de se baigner. çà fait mauvais effet Nos épouses ont passé 2 heures à nettoyer les chambres à notre arrivée Aucun état des lieux mais demande de caution quand même la maison n'est pas entretenue Salle de bain avec des équipements HS / porte de douche cassée prise électrique qui pend dans la salle. Terrasse avec des chaises cassées qui trainent lave vaisselle dans un état lamentable / façade et tiroir cassés
