The property was well located and had great amenities. If you are looking looking for a quiet pool area don't go on the weekends from 2-5 as they have a very loud DJ playing terrible music. We loved the shuttle to the strip. The unit itself wasn't very clean, the housekeepers never mopped the floors, they were dirty. We would stay here again.

Vegas getaway

We had a suite and it was very spacious. Loved the option of eating meals in our suite. Shuttle drops you at Paris - last one picks up at 9:30...wish they had a later one! Other reviews have mentioned - they are very pushy at check-in, trying to get you to attend their time share presentation. It was very hard to say no! Other than that we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

Vegas Trip

Room worked great and location worked out well also. I was a disappointed with the front desk and they were not real helpful in assisting us with questions and the shuttle was not very convenient nor timely and ended up just using Uber and Lyft. Very focused on selling time shares and not as focused on providing good customer service. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the trip and the room.

The stay was as expected. Great set up for small group or families. The only negative would be the advertisement of "shuttle". It would be better of it was ellaborated on to state "shuttle to the strip". We thought it was a shuttle to the airport. However, this did not dumenish our experience.

As a paying VRBO guest, I should have been given a choice of whether to attend the 2 hour timeshare presentation. It was a lure, with staff promising discounts and gifts.

Family meet-up in Las Vegas

We enjoyed our sty at the Wyndham Grand Desert. Communication with Tina and Hannah was terrific and responses were incredibly prompt. They provided clear and concise info re: the items provided in the condo, check-in info, etc. We were not approached by anyone trying to convince to sign up for anything during our entire stay. Everyone we encountered from the folks at the registration desk to the shuttle driver were extremely pleasant and professional. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. I will say the flooring in the bathrooms could have used a little more attention in terms of cleaning. Otherwise our stay was really nice and I would not hesitate to use them again.
