We found Alexis Park to be clean and well kept for the most part. It's an older property and more generic than some due to the age, but very clean and basic. They provide daily room service, the breakfast was good but very limited in what you could get with the breakfast voucher we got. Overall, I'd absolutely stay again.

When I arrived, check-in was delayed until 2 AM due to confusion about my charges. After finally being sent to my room, the door was broken and would not open. We waited in the dark for security and maintenance for nearly 30 minutes, then had to walk all the way back to the front to get new key cards for a DIFFERENT ROOM. Once inside, the bathtub was filthy and the A/C rattled LOUDLY all night. It was my anniversary, so I stayed despite the poor conditions, but the experience was extremely disappointing and not up to Expedia’s standards. It sucks I can’t simply check in and enjoy my stay , instead now I was left too uncomfortable to even address any of my issues too the staff being that I was scared they’d ruin my stay even more.
