Hotel was absolutely fantastic. Expedia was terrible. I couldn’t cancel my reservation, even though they automatically switched the nights since the day I was checking in was the same day. I had to go back twice to keep making sure it was getting the right day and then ultimately when I finalized the reservation it switched the day anyway. Horrible app with reserving a hotel on the same night as the day you are checking out after 12 AM.

The hotel overall was good. Except dor one thing. The bed. We had a horrible bed with the big hole in the middle. Like if the mattress was old and damaged. It was also squeaky and noisy and very uncomfortable. We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid good money for a awful stay. We woke up with our backs hurting from the mattress. We will never stay at this property again.
