After making the reservation 6 months in advance, there was no room for us available upon registering. It took about 2 hours to get our room and that was because I was on it and very upset. Second, one of the restroom showers was dirty, there was some hairs left over from the previous guests. Third, they did a small housekeeping without notifying us and I did not appreciate them coming in the room without my knowledge. Finally, we order room service from the restaurant (Cabana) and my son got sick from food poisoning, food was terrible.

I was there for 3 day never had my room cleaned no one would come and do house keeping. They also charged $300 security deposit and a resort fee of$100. I order room service and I was charge fo12 burn wing a total of 46 dollar's they charged me a resort fee as well. Had to call then several times for trash bags, blankets, clean towels. The pool was cold and alot od trash. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BOOK HERE THEY CHARRE AS A HILTON BUT WAS BETTER AS A DIAMOND RESORT.
