The room is what you pay for it is not fancy but not dirty AT ALL I enjoyed staying there I was barely in the room. The check in process could be better they don't inform you that you need to take pictures of what tower you are at ton the kiosk, and just a lot more about the check in process that could be fixed. Other than that and the fact that you have to call for the room to be cleaned which again was not stated it was all good other than that.

We were in a detached building away from the Gym. It didn't state that in the reservation or the fact tha all the amenities were closed except a few. The restaurants were limited to a few selected places. The Buffet was closed during our stay dates Mon thru Thurs. NO refrigerator in the room, This would have been nice to know when making the reservation. Prices on top of everything else are Outrageous. Sport Shop owner was very helpful. The one bright spot of our trip.

Any contact with staff was good. Maybe they could change the shower curtains to plastic and the plumbing was not good. Sink and tub drains filling up and the shower water gets cold if two or more people. They also need more working elevators. I still like Circus.

Honestly, it was family friendly, and definitely budget friendly but I just felt like the quality of the hotel could be better. It’s very old if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to sleep and you don’t plan on staying in the room then I would definitely recommend aside from that. It just had an old feeling and it kind of smelled. The staff is super nice. I just feel like that hotel definitely needs to be renovated.

Great Stopover!

Great security for the hotel portion. Sinage outside to find checkin was not good. Someone needs to put a point on google maps for checkin parking. Was a great stop on our way to CA from Idaho. The Adventure park was good, but all the concessions were closed way too early for us.

The location was great the few staff I met seems led they didn’t know the answer to questions kept saying they were gonna get someone to answer me than the towels were low so we didn’t get extra until the day before our check out we weee told from someone from front desh we could rent a roll out bed for $10 a night than once we went down to pay we were told we were at room capacity which we didn’t want anyone else to stay so the whole experience was exhausting trying to get a refund on a service they offered was even more of a headache I showed my receipt 3x than they had to make a call and confirm so that will be my last time stay

Filth a good cleaning is needed

The place is so filthy. The doors to the entrance haven’t been cleaned in years!!! The floors are vacuumed in the middle only. Sideboards and close to the wall haven’t been vacuumed in years. Behind the nightstand is years of dirt and dust. The air condition had a cracker in between the vents and the Faucet on the tub leaked day and night. What a waste of water. So sad!!!
