The room was comfortable and had all the basics for a longer stay. In the middle of my stay I found my bed had been infested with bugs. They changed the room with no fuss but as you can imagine it was disruptive to my stay. Otherwise the fixtures are a little tired, with the bedsheets having stains and rips. It was an average stay and would only recommend if you intend to stay in the room as little as possible.

This is the second time that I've stayed there. I like the proximity to other casinos on the strip and to the Paris. Lots of nice restaurants. The bed is so very comfortable, king, and the staff are really helpful. I also like the chat feature to solve problems. Parking is ok, and understanding the feature where you leave the garage, difficult. Make it easier, we are on vacation!

The rooms are larger than other properties. They should have coffee set ups in the room. I checked in online however it still took 45 min to get our keys. The pool was not open , which was extremely disappointing for us.

The rooms can be more cleaner. the old furniture like cabinets in the bathroom were scraped up, by the bed was scraped the stand that the mini fridge was in was broken and scraped up the windows were dusty. Everything needs to be revamped.

We like the pool but was unable to use the last 3 times we have stayed there due to it being closed Monday/-Thursday , The website said the pool opened May 1 when I booked, then changed to May 9. Didn’t see anything about only weekends. I don’t know why you pay a resort fee. I don’t use their WiFi, gym, or now the pool. Have to go to another resort for a pool, Paris pool is hard to find chairs. The water machine was empty. Won’t give you ice, unless you buy something , Water on the machine is warm if you can get it. Can’t bring in your own cup with ice water in it. Do not try to accommodate the guests.

Our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed the views! The room, especially the bed, was not spotless but easy to clean up ourselves! For the price we paid and for the great location on the strip we are definitely coming! Just be aware that Uber has a problem coming to pick you up the first time! It seems their GPS is off with that location!

The property and room were clean, the bathroom cabinet was scrapped and chipped. Unfortunately the access to the parking garage was not open. Lastly the mobile check in is a good idea, but did not really save any time, after waiting to access a kiosk.
