Friends and I booked a stay to go to a convention. Great location and property close to main Vegas attractions, with added benefit of being in a calm community. The pool was wonderful, beds comfy, and communicating with the hosts was seamless.
The house was really nice which is why i gave it 2 stars. The issues we experienced were the pool and front door and no direction. With the weather being on the colder side with off and on rain i requested to the owner to pay the 30 extra a day to heat the pool. After going back and forth all day they finally gave me the dirwcrions on how to turn on the heater. We did as the directions said to do it. We waited u til the next day and the pool and hot tub were still ice cold, so after spending all day teying to get the owners to respond, they said they would look into it. We never heard back from them, and we reached out to them to get our money credited back since the heater never worked, they will not reply. The front door key pad did not work very well and there was a few times we were almost locked out. We had to spend about 10 minutes trying to get it to work and it would finally unlock..
