***Please note: while solar heating significantly extends the swim season, warming the pool by about 10-15 degrees beyond the air temperature outside, the pool won't reach bathtub-like temperatures during the winter months due to reduced sunlight and cooler air temperatures. That means that most guests find the pool too cool for swimming from October to April (but the spa is still amazing year round!).

Within the residence, enjoy three wall-mounted flat screen TVs strategically placed: one in the den, another in the poolside bedroom, and a third in the primary bedroom. Each TV has smart capabilities, including AppleTV in the den, to allow streaming with ease. The entire property also has Cox cable. Immerse yourself in exceptional audio with Sonos speakers seamlessly integrated throughout the interior and exterior. Control these premium speakers effortlessly by connecting to the in-home WiFi and downloading the complimentary Sonos app on your smartphone or tablet.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed accompanied by a walk-in shower adorned with custom tile work and stunning granite countertops featuring elegant double sinks. Bedroom number two offers a cozy queen-size bed, while bedroom number three features a queen-size bed and an adjoining three-quarter shared bathroom. Bedroom number four, also serving as a den adjacent to the living room (with folding doors for added privacy), showcases a memory foam queen bed that pulls out of the sofa. This versatile space includes a well-appointed full bathroom with top-of-the-line cabinetry, a custom tile shower, and even offers a private entrance to the recently upgraded back porch and pool area.

To ensure your peace of mind during your vacation, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras that monitor the exterior, including parking areas. Please note, these cameras are exclusively positioned outside, encompassing both the front and rear yard spaces, including the pool and spa areas, and do not extend indoors.

While the home does have a garage, it is used as owner storage and you will not be able to park in there. That said, there is plenty of safe parking on our driveway inside the gate and even along the gated side of the home.

Just a quick heads-up! Joe, our friendly groundskeeper, typically stops by 2 to 3 times a week—on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between 4 PM and 7 PM—to take care of the landscaping, pool, and outdoor trash. He’s usually on property for less than 30 minutes. Joe will knock on the front door before heading to the backyard, but if you’re already outside, you might not hear him, and we don’t want you to be surprised!

If the desert weather gets wild, Joe may need to come all three days, but most weeks it’s just twice. Our pool company usually pops by on Wednesday afternoons.
