The property was in a great location. Not on the LV strip but just close enough. The property was very clean and the staff was always welcoming and nice, especially the valet team. One aspect we did not love was the fact that pool bar on the 5th floor closed at 4:00 pm daily. The rooftop pool, while it stayed open past 4:00 pm, was very small and the bar only sat 8 people. This isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel as it was built this way, but just something we overall didn't love. Otherwise it was a good stay.

The hotel was great for a family stay. We booked a villa and everything was cleaned and fine except the toilet. The pot looked old and had scratches inside which made it look dirty. The wifi in the room never worked. We stayed there for 5 nights without a proper wifi.

I really appreciate being at a hotel with no casino and no smoke. The hotel is easy to get to. Check in was very friendly. Lots of families at this hotel. Our room was perfect for my business partner and I since it had two bedrooms. We had our own space and own bathroom. Also our suite came with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A little pricey but was worth the cost. My only complaint is there is no room service. Sometimes you are in your PJ's and just need someone to bring you food.

The pool area on the 5th floor was very kid friendly, so that was a plus for me. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Planet Hollywood entrance was right across the street.

Convenient, Clean, and Comfortable

This hotel was very clean and very comfortable. It doesnt have all of the fanfare of a VEGAS hotel - its very much a place to stay but somewhere you wont want to spend all of your time in. The walk to the strip is short, and convenient. We also used the valet and they have a great system for asking for your car. Overall, for the price and location - we were very happy and would gladly stay here if being in a casino hotel wasnt a priority.
