We had a $75 voucher to be used at listed restaurant in the property. We had breakfast and informed server that we have to use our credit. She said she will charge to room and also took our credit card. Finally nothing was charged to room and hence we did not get benefit for credit at all. It is simply not right to offer a benefit at time of booking and then not honor it.

One of the employees at the piano bar was on his phone and not helping people. My husband asked for service and they kicked him out for calling out an employee that was in the wrong. Very frustrating!

Restaurants were much pricier than expected. Room couldn’t get cool even turning temp down to 65 with curtains closed. No microwave was a bummer. As hot as Vegas is, need bigger fridges to keep cold drinks.

Property is nice and clean. I think choice of dinning is very limited and I was absolutely disappointed to find empty cabinet where fridge is supposed to be. If you pay extra per day they will bring one in. And even more shocking… NO coffee makers in the room. You can stay at cheapest motel and have one, but I guess since Starbucks moved into the property, they got rid of coffee makers in the rooms. Huge inconvenience.i understand they are in business of making money, but no coffee maker in the room is seriously just terrible.
