Easy, Convenient, and No-Frills

It was a very easy and convenient place to stay. I could see how it might feel a little unsafe around the hotel itself, but I didn't have any issues and appreciated there being a security guard onsite overnight. If you don't need a pool or the fuss of a larger Vegas hotel, this is a great place to simply crash for a night or two.

Was expecting a bed and breakfast as advertised on their website, it is not. You get a 10% discount on the take out place next door. Old cement block motel with better decor, few outlets. Clean and basic.

Excellent way to beat the queues in Las Vegas

Located about 10 min walk from Strip. Parking outside. Hood security guard checking only used by motel. Fridge in room. No kettle or hairdryer in room. Comfy bed. Quiet location. Walls slughtly thun. Would reccomend and stay again.

Great for going to the Michelob Ultra Arena!

I was a little hesitant upon arriving cause it looked a bit sus with a few homeless in the nearby area, but I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming, friendly and safe our stay was! I loved the staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. It's across the street from Mandala Bay so it was very easy for us to walk through to get to our concert at the Michelob Ultra. Very easy to go in and out of the arena. I'd definitely come back for the pure convenience of it alone.

Hidden gem on Las Vegas Blvd

Our third time staying here. This is a hidden gem on Las Vegas Blvd. No ridiculous resort fees and free parking. Always friendly staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend this property.

I chose the Nirvana Hotel so I could walk to a concert at Allegiant Stadium. The location was great and I appreciated free parking (the turn into the parking lot is tricky, though). As someone who frequently deals with sensory overload, I liked that this was a “motel” style location: I wasn’t forced to walk through a gigantic loud casino to get to my room. Front desk staff was amazing, accommodating me when I thought I would arrive early but ultimately did not. The room is pretty basic (no outlets near the bed; light fixtures next to the bed didn’t work) but it didn’t matter for this trip. I got to my concert, I slept well and it only took 10 minutes to get to rental car drop off early the next morning. Thanks, Nirvana Hotel!

What a great place to stay. Nothing fancy but very clean and well taken care of, which is what’s most important to me. Staff were awesome and friendly. Lots of food options walkable, as well as Allegiant Stadium, Mandalay/Luxor/Excaliber. The Egg Shop right in front is great for breakfast and lunch, and the souvenir store was great to have next door for gifts and little things needed during stay. Oh and unlike hotels on the strip, you don’t have to rent a fridge, they have them in every room, with two free bottles of water. AC worked great and plenty of hot water. I’ll def be back to Nirvana again,

Fantastic experience at this gem of a boutique hotel. This is not a resort, it is a clean, cute hotel right on the strip. The room was spotless and we slept like babies. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The are around the hotel is not pretty but we found it perfectly safe. We will be saying goodbye to the resorts, this is our new place to stay.
