I will not be coiming back. Ther service was terrible and for any females that straighten rather it be your hair or extensions i will not do you hair. I do not smoke but when i straighten my hair ladies you know there tends to be smoke sometimes. Well at check out i got stuck with a 600 bill because smoke was detected. I do not smoke cigarettes nor weed or anything and still they could not do anything about it. The only thing said was just dispute it with my bank. Asked for a manager and they said no manager will help. Horrible service all the way around

First a 300 deposit was never mentioned on here, when i arrived they demanded 300 deposit, it will take 5 to 6 business days to get back to me, so ill be out for 11days, also no mention of having to pay to park on property, hooters is closed for good, only one restaurant after 7pm, the tower my room is in only has 1 elevator working out of 3, everything looked old and outdated, no working a/c at elevator acces on our floor.

If you like cold showers, paying for parking, and searching 5 floors for a working ice machine, then this is the place for you. I've been staying here for 20 years and have never seen it in such disrepair. It used to be such a nice casino hotel just off the strip. Avoid it now.

DISGUSTING!!!

This was the most deceitful advertisement I have ever seen. The pictures shown on website make you think you are going to at least a clean establishment with good amenities. First walk in, stinky, smelly and the most disgusting carpet. Looked like it has been there from day one. Elevator dirty, long dark hallway to room, only 1 lamp in room, cig. burns on counter, pimps and ho's at bar (I saw it first hand), old beat up lounge furn. no double lock on door, felt metal frame on mattress, room smelled of pot. Reserved 2 nights but left after one at 5 in the morning. I deserve a refund! Shame on you Hotel's.com.

The hotel is older but clean, had 2 elevators out of service during our stay. Hooters Restaurant advertisement all over the property, Including having the Location in this building, However they are not in operation at this facility (closed down) If you want housekeeping you must call to request it daily. Daytime Staff Great, Afternoon Staff not so. Being a guest you would assume parking would be Free or Validated but it is not.
