Room was clean and the walk to Palms for a concert is super convenient but the staff wasn’t very courteous, I explained how my original flight was canceled and I was forced to take a super early flight and they still charged me to check in early even though the water line was shut down in the literal same hours I checked in, just came off as very greedy. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The bathtub did not have hot water, the shower knob was broken I called about it on Friday it was never fixed, house keeping didn’t stop by once and we left Sunday so we had to reuse towels. Area was also quiet a bit dusty.
