Just disappointed. Room had a terrible smell like sewage or old food/trash/feces that sat for days. I understand there was a system issue but to have to go down to the lobby each time I wanted to get in my room (because the keys didn’t work) was so inconvenient. I had to allow the $100 hold to be left on my card for this experience. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience

No Casino here so it was quiet. just a short walk to the strip and bus stop & Target ( if you are looking for some snacks and drinks) Staff were very friendly and helpful . The kids loved the roof top pool. Older resort but we enjoyed having a suite room came with everything you could need for our family of 5. 1 king,1queen and a sofa bed . Full kitchen 2 bathrooms, mini fridge and sink microwave in the other room . If I ever come back to Vegas I would stay here again .

Our 1st room had a balcony that was not accessible, the room was very tiny and our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, the next day we complained to manager and she was able to upgrade us to a larger room, balcony was perfect. no dinning was located on this property. outside of that our time was perfect Thank You

The staff was very nice and always helpful. It is located a bit out of the way and has some fencing around the parking lot that makes a walk to eating areas longer than they need to be. Construction is also making navigation cumbersome. As a safety rep for work, I feel like they need to give pedestrians more guidance of where it's ok to walk with cones and other barriers

Amazing staff that was eager to help with anything. Great location - best walking hotel in Vegas I've ever stayed at. Because there isn't a casino on the property, there are only hotel patrons staying and it was the safest hotel I've stayed at. Valet parking was genius - never took more than two minutes for them to get my car. Great attitudes, great people. Room was large (single king suite). Bathroom was huge. Full size kitchen (large fridge with ice maker, oven, stove, micro, dishwasher, etc.). Great view of the strip from the roof top pool - pool and hot tub are small, but on a weekday, it's never crowded.
