This property is awesome. The proximity to the Grand Canton West Rim and all that Las Vegas offers was the best. Too cold to use the pool although it looked amazing. If you are a cook, the kitchen is perfect. Only 20 minutes from the strip. We will be back!

We had a great stay! It is a pretty quiet area and had everything we needed. We really loved the casita! My mother in law stayed with us and was able to have her own private room and kitchen with her own access to the backyard. The layout of the house is perfect for a STR.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We live locally and booked this stay for some end of the summer pool fun. We didn’t even need to leave the house once in 4 nights, but it is close to the strip and would be very convenient for out of towners! The pool was amazing and clean! The kitchen has everything you need and the showers are lovely! Easy access to the back yard everything was very cozy. The bonus casita on the property was perfect and so cool! Plenty of space for a large family or 2 even families. The entire place was extremely clean!! I wish I would have taken photos to share but we were so caught up in swimming it slipped my mind! Beautiful views from the backyard and upstairs rooms as well! The host was truly amazing and quick to respond! Very safe feeling neighborhood as well :) . We would definitely book again!

Pros: the space was quite large and spacious, with a Casita. upgraded bathrooms were nice, the backyard with the pool was nice, though it could’ve been better with some lighting, especially at night, since the pool had a black bottom. Cons: unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall condition of the house. The interior was more worn in person than it appeared in photos. The walls and baseboard were dirty, and the light switches in the master were also unclean we had to buy Clorox wipes to clean them ourselves. Despite the house having many rooms and closets, there were only four hangers available, and we didn’t find any extra towels or laundry supplies. We took the towels from the extra bedrooms. The towels were outdated.-thin, rough, and some had light stains on them. I would recommend replacing them.lThe sliding door leading to the backyard was also a bit of a hassle, it kept getting stuck and was difficult to open and close. One of the many things that stood out to me was the cleanliness of the pillows. I always check them, and the ones in the master had a strong perfume sent on top, but the underside didn’t smell clean at all. Luckily, we brought our own pillows. In addition, the decoration they placed on top of the bed still damp.Overall, I didn’t feel the place was thoroughly cleaned or maintained professionally, and I think it could benefit from some attention and touchups.

Glorious Experience!

First I want to thank my wonderful gracious host Quin! Responded immediately to messages and was kind enough to message me the morning after check-in to make sure all was well. Such a lovely well appointed home and the pool was fantastic. Clean and heated at my request. The house is immaculate. Tea/coffee available with coffee maker, creamer, sugar. Soap, shampoo, body wash, lovely towels and facecloths provided. Everything one could need. The house had a beautiful scent (I want to know what it is for my house) and the AC throughout was great. As I brought my little chi we stayed in the Casita as she gets a bit frantic. Really enjoyed the cozy Casita and the bed mattress was excellent as well as pillows, blankets, sheets. I so needed a few days away from everything as recovering from an illness and being able to swim, sleep well in a very quiet and safe neighborhood was just what I needed. The view of Las Vegas was spectacular especially at sunset. I highly recommend this fantastic big home for your next getaway! Thank you wonderful Quin! I will return!

Spacious home

Everything we needed was there. We didnt use the pool as it was cool and didnt want to pay daily charge to heat. The water looked very clean and inviting. We stayed in master suite which was huge and ensuite bath. .the rain shower was huge and beautiful. The upstairs has a jack amd Jill bath 2 bedrooms spacious one has a small balconey. The cassita is through the garage pand also very nice. The management was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Ir us an older home and needs some cosmetic fuxes, but everything worked.

Marvelous home!

This home is very comfortable. It has an attached casita with a bedroom and living area. It was perfect for a group of 5. The location is convenient to all of the fun things Vegas has to offer and the view of the strip is mesmerizing.

Dirty and in need of upgrades/repairs

I have never rented anything as disappointing as this property before. I always book 4.8-5/5 properties and have always been so impressed. With this property I was disgusted with how dirty it was. The baseboards, floors and walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Out of 4 tvs only one worked. We asked for someone to come check it out. The handymen finally came after two days of asking and then after 40 minutes they told us the tvs needed to be replaced. They said they'd be back "tomorrow". They never came, nor did anyone reach out. Having two small kids and not one usable tv that they could use (as my in laws were in the room that had the tv that worked) was as extremely inconvenient. neither fireplace was working. The handles in the kitchen on the cupboards were all falling off and the kitchen was not stocked. No tea towels to wash with, no soap, no paper towel, Kleenex. No extra laundry soap so we were unable to do laundry, no dustpan, no ironing board. when we arrived all the pool floaties were in a crumpled dirty mess in the middle of the grass area. Every single one had a hole in it and wouldn't hold air. We tried to make the best of the trip but honestly the state of the house and the lack of help with issues was appalling. Less than half of the outlets worked in the house and some outlets didn't have face plates on them. This was our worst stay in over ten years of renting with Vrbo. Not at all how the photos and listing describes. Do not recommend.

We wanted a place close to where our family lived and this property was perfect! Lots of room for everyone and great location to everything. We not only visited family, but took some time on The Strip and went hiking at Sloan Canyon as well. Great location and lots of room! Definitely would stay here again.

Great Place To Stay

Stayed for a lacrosse tournament in Henderson. Three moms and three 17-year-old boys. The house/casita was perfect for all of us. The neighborhood was safe and the views were amazing! Morning walks were enjoyable with the beautiful view of the mountains.
