Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa offers 795 accommodations with iPod docking stations and minibars. Visited for an anniversary trip, and Red Rock has managed to completely change my opinion on Las Vegas overall. The views of Red Rock from my room and the abundant amenities made my stay so lovely. My only complaint is the pools had really limited hours of operation during my stay, so me and my partner never got to enjoy the pools or jacuzzis like we wanted. Despite that one thing, I loved the hotel. Blue Ribbon is probably the best sushi I’ve ever had the pleasure to try. The ginger bread pudding changed my life. I loved the cleanliness of the casino, and having access to Starbucks within the property! I’d love to visit again.

Lobby bar service, staff and menue ootions were superb. Same for the pool and the bartenders and food server. The resort itself is fantastic. Bell service and Valet amazing as always 5 out of 5 stars Very poor experince with hotel check in desk and with hoise cleaning staff. do not disturb sign light on 8am got a knock on the door said please dont come in and maid service walked right in. It happened a second time with the do not distrub sign up. Asked if was possible for a late check i was told i could have an extra 30 mins for free by the hotel chdck in staff. I was out by 1120am and i got charged for an extra hour. Lastly, i went up to the front desk staff to ask a question if they had a bottle of water to take medication i was "I cannot help you I'm busy. I have a line" I love Red Rock Casino stayed there over five times never a bad experince until last time. Room rates are going up and getting a vacation day is rare for me. I like to enjoy my vacation and have a relaxing experince. Maid service coming into the room THREE times for no reason with a Do not distub light on is absurd. Getting told absolutely, you can have an extra half an hour to gave your things since you were rudley awoken by maid service and then getting charged is ridiculous. Asking for a bottle of water quickly to take medicstion and being rudley told and eye contact not even being made "Sorry I'm busy I can't help you."That was.truly unhospitable behavior and not what Station Casinos stands for

We had high hopes for Red Rock Resort. Lost hot water on the night of our first stay, finally moved rooms the next day. I guess having someone drop the new key off and offering a bellhop was the amount of hospitality we were worth. The facility in general is beautiful. I’m sure as long as you don’t have an issue like we had, it would be worth a stay.

everything was good, except for the water for bathing was more to the cold side than warm, also they had a fridge in the room,but not for guests use, only to sell high priced items, be very care full when it comes to the drinks and snacks they try to sell in the room. the rooms where awesome, and the pool was very nice, the hotel and casino are very clean very nic property.

I stay at the red rock several times a year. This visit it was noticeable how badly the rooms need a deep cleaning. I had to have housekeeping come deodorize my room several times. It smelled musty & dirty.

I didn’t have a great stay here. I came along as a pregnant woman, and they saw I was lugging around this heavy stuff, and give me a room all the way down the hall. No asking if I need help or calling a bellman to help. Room is worn and faucet was broken and leaking. Checking out there was no one to ask about my experience. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel but the service is so crappy and poor that they should have 2 stars deleted. I was there to celebrate my baby moon time but service made me feel insignificant. Also the concierge service was also pointless because no one ever got back to me on anything.

Very nice hotel in quiet Summerlin. Hae styed on the Strip and it was fun but SO crazy. Red Rock was much lower key, and very relaxing. Beautiful pool and terrifi reivew of the canyon.
