At check-in, the desk guy directed me to the wrong tower for my room. It's a big place with a confusing layout, and they offered no property maps. Directional signage was confusing. No Free Breakfast! Breakfast Restaurant (Hash House) was very expensive, and the food wasn't very good. Walked to Denny's nearby for breakfast on following days. Dinner restaurants and bar were also expensive for a casino. Will not stay at this property again.

The room was fantastic! Very clean almost brand new I would say. The only sadness is they close the pool area way too early for the winter. It was gorgeous weather outside we would’ve loved to go to the pool.

Awful… - We came expecting a pool but it was closed. Still charged full resort fee. No mention online at booking pool would be closed. - Our floor had WiFi issues. AI chat agent was not helpful so we stood in line 30 minutes to get a phone number for IT and then spent another 30 minutes getting our devices connected while on phone with IT - Our door frame was bent by the handle such that you could just use a keycard or credit card to easily pop the door open without needing a keycard to access the room. So we had to switch rooms one day into our stay - We initially received a response giving us one free day resort fee for our troubles prior to having to switch rooms. However, upon following up regarding having to switch rooms received zero response from management. Additionally, I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t have a coffee maker in the room. I am giving management a few more days to respond to see if they will make things right but I doubt it. Also will be curious to see whether they even remove the resort fee for that one day,

BEWARE! This hotel charges $50 +tax per night for resort fee, despite what your booking says! In addition, the hotel policy for IDs and credit cards accidentally left at the front desk is to place them with security in a "lost and found" without notifying the patron! Not even a phone call...this is ridiculous and such terrible customer service. In addition, the restaurant options are horrible. The new "canteen" is supposed to look retro but it just looks dated and like bad carnival food trucks. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else!

Housekeeping was sporadic, beautiful views, large size room but staged with dated amenities and no coffeemaker, no concierge and very noisy. Smoke from casino and recreational smoke from patrons infiltrate. The rewards program proved to e the biggest disappointment. The food was extremely expensive at resort. High priced dining options such as KJ DimSUm where the staff was rude and impatient truly detract from the value. Cheaper options with better service at Caesars and bellagio.

Never had breakfast didn’t know where it was. Room was clean never got fresh towels never saw staff. Room didn’t have a whole lot of plug in’s. Paid 56.95 for two days and didn’t use any of the stuff I got charged for. The walk to the strip was crazy. But the price was great and had a blast for my son who just turned 21.
