The shower water spread all over the floor in a 6 minute shower with NO lip to keep the water in the shower. View on the 5th floor was terrible ( we could see the parking garage and the top of the lower building). Far off in the distance we COULD see mountains. Housekeeping was awesome! The price was right.

Our favorite part was the dining options as welll as easy to get from one place to another. The Balla restaurant was amazing- such great food and the coffee is so good. There is lots to explore within walking distance.

Nickel and dime you from the moment you step in

The check in experience is awful. They nickle and dime you with every word and action. Everything is an upsell. They wouldn’t waive fees for early check in (2hrs) even though they had rooms. The line at check in at 4pm was like a great America line and very little staff working. The people working for the premier guests wouldn’t help check in the non premier people. This hotel exists only to make as much money off of you vs giving you a good experience. Rooms are fine but no one will go beyond at all…. Unless you pay.

Room was nice staff was cool area is inconvenient if you plan walking at all but fortunately we were in town for a concert so the free parking was awesome, I feel like this is a great value choice for somewhere to crash if have plans to spend very little time in your room and just needs a nice cheap option to sleep while your in town for something

The staff was really accommodating and nice. The location was not the best but it made up for it with the tram. Having a Walgreens within walking distance helped a lot too.

The manager was rude not flexible and told he would cancel are stay if we didnt like it - we checked in an hour early and he charged us - im a Disabled combat Veteran with certain time needs - he didnt care what a jerk - thank you for your service until you need something- also the TV didn't work for a couple hours and customer service Tiana didnt care either - the hotel is nice - the PEOPLE that worked there not so much !!
