It was a great hotel! Clean and the monorail was really convenient to get to the strip. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars was because we are convinced our room was haunted. We heard knocking on our door but no one was there, we heard whispers of our names when no one said anything, and we had ongoing nightmares for the 2 nights we stayed there. We only googled whether the hotel was haunted AFTER our stay because we were joking around that it was. We googled it as a half joke but only to find out that it definitely is haunted.

The hotel is newly renovated and had a fun vibe. I enjoyed the restaurants and bars, all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was everything I needed, decorated well and even had a refrigerator. The only drawback is that the pool closed at 6pm. Not sure if that is a weekday thing, but good to be aware.

Overall, a nice stay at this property. Location is not the greatest. The Deuce bus or the LV Monorail (although the escalator was not working during our stay) will be your best friend. Limited dining options. No buffet. No room service. There is an option to order pickup from the restaurants on the property. There is a McDonald's, Subway and Walgreens within <5 mins walking distance. You can walk to Fountainbleu or Resorts World for more dining options as well. Yes, you will encounter some homeless folks but they did their thing, I was not harassed or approached during the day or night. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was hot. For some reason no hand towels or washcloths. Even when requesting an additional set from housekeeping. We didn't sweat it. There was a Dollar Tree within a 10 minute drive. Option to stream from a device was a big plus. Not as noisy as other properties. Not as smoky either. TIP: If you're staying in the Blanca Tower, leave early. Everyone was rushing out at 11 for check out. Took 25 minutes to get an elevator.

I booked a king room at Blanca tower. When I get there for check in, they don’t have my room or any king rooms for me. I had to go to marra tower and double bed. I feel like I got a downgrade instead of an upgrade. Why even bother choosing a room if they won’t guarantee it? At least apologize I guess? Nothing.

The hotel was very clean and roomy. I had an issue that I didn't bring up to management is the bathroom sliding door that wouldn't close properly. The customer service here needs some more work and attention. I called the front desk multiple times for help and no one picked up the phone. I had issues getting room service such as bath towel requests and that took a good couple of hours before it was delivered. Other than that I enjoyed this hotel and would recommend it.
