Great apartment - Perfect location

I spent wonderful stay at MGM Signature in this apartment (Business Trip). All advantages from Hotel (Front Desk, Concierge,...) with this amazing feeling of being at home (kitchen, balcony,...). Luxurious decoration, very clean and confortable bed. I strongly recommend this beautiful apartment.

When I saw that all the reviews for this rental were 10's, I was a bit wary. But after our stay, I totally get it. What a perfect spot -- totally a 10! The unit was spotless, the communication with host was effortless (and extremely pleasant), great location, great vibe. So much better than a hotel room with kitchen and two full baths. Awesome.

Perfect! Everything about this place was great! It was clean, safe, convenient to anything you need, and very quiet when inside. The nice people at the front desk will help you with whatever you need, even toothbrushes and toothpaste. If I ever get to come back to Las Vegas I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Excellent location - especially if you want a less hectic place to stay but in close proximity to the MGM Grand facilities. Communication with the property manager was excellent with any questions answered promptly. Highly recommended for those that want more than just a hotel room.

4.5 Stars. It would have been a 5 but there were a few minor technical difficulties, and we didn’t stay long enough for them to be resolved. With that being said, my only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The unit was amazing and perfect for my husband and me.

Weekend Girls Trip

My sister and I were in town for the Backstreet Boys concert. The master bathroom was AWESOME for getting ready together with the 2 vanities. Plenty of room for the massive amount of stuff we bought too!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in top Lage

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, sehr gerĂ€umig und wir haben uns dort wohl gefĂŒhlt. Check-in lief problemlos. Es war ein kleiner Fußweg zum Strip, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Wir durften die Poolanlage vom MGM benutzen. Diese war besonders fĂŒr unsere Kinder sehr schön, am Nachmittag allerdings einige Party Leute mit Alkohol direkt im Pool. Das ist halt Las Vegas. Wen es stört, besser vormittags die Poollandschaft nutzen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft fĂŒr uns perfekt und wir wĂŒrden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Die KĂŒchenzeile war prima und auch die zwei Badezimmer. Das Einzige was uns gefehlt hat, waren StĂŒhle auf dem Balkon.

Incredible Stay at The Signature at MGM Grand – Tower 1 is a Hidden Gem!

We stayed in a suite in Tower 1 of The Signature at MGM Grand, and everything about the experience was top-tier. The room was spotless, elegant, and incredibly spacious. From the luxurious king bed to the oversized bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower, every detail made the suite feel like a home away from home. The kitchenette was a great bonus—perfect for light meals or morning coffee.One of the biggest highlights was the great view from the balcony and bedroom —we could see the Las Vegas Sphere glowing at night, which was absolutely mesmerizing! Watching the animations light up from the comfort of our suite added an unforgettable touch to our stay.Tower 1 is the best-located tower, especially if you’re looking for easy access to the private Signature pool, ADULTS ONLY;). It’s very close, and it never felt overcrowded. The pool area was quiet, clean, and relaxing—a great escape from the buzz of the Strip. You also have a smooth indoor walk to the MGM Grand when you want to explore the casinos, restaurants, or shows.The staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and valet was prompt every time. We really appreciated the secure, non-smoking, non-gaming environment, which made it feel much more relaxing than a typical Vegas hotel.If you're looking for comfort, privacy, and a touch of luxury with direct pool access and a great view of the Sphere, Tower 1 at The Signature is unbeatable. We’ll absolutely be booking here again on our next Vegas trip!

Fantastic place to stay!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! I can't overstate just how amazing this place is - the photos do it full justice. It is incredibly clean and quiet (unless the Beach Club is in full swing, so consider yourself forewarned). Immaculately clean with amazing views. If you like watching planes you have full views of McCarran airport. The full size refrigerator will hold everything you could need. Staff at valet are absolutely amazing, and the check-in process is incredibly easy. Valet is free, and if you need to take an Uber just step outside to a gazebo not too far from the valet/bell station and you are right there. One of the best stays for me, and I will be back. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great stay at The Signature

We’ve stayed in several different rooms at The Signature over the past few years, and we keep coming back. We love how close it is to the MGM, Planet Hollywood, and the Strip. The hotel is quiet, smoke-free, and the free valet parking is a big plus. Check-in is always quick and easy.This was our first time staying in this particular room, and it matched the photos exactly. From the balcony, we had a great view of the MGM pool, WET Republic, and Top Golf. You could even see the Sphere from the bedroom window.The room was clean, everything worked as it should, and the bed was really comfortable. There were plenty of towels for the two of us, which we appreciated. I also liked that there were two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was fully stocked with cups, dishes, pots, pans, and dishwashing supplies.Just a heads-up — during the day, you can hear the beat of the music from WET Republic in the room. It wasn’t a big deal, though. I just kept the AC fan on high if we were trying to nap, and that helped a lot.Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely book this room again.
