StripViewSuites (SVS) at Signature in Las Vegas will check a lot of travellers boxes, especially those looking for the convenience of walking distance to the strip, large suites with amenities for apartment lifestyle on travel and free valet parking at very reasonable rates. We were even upgraded from a studio to 1bdrm upon request at check in. Management was very prompt to requests service minor maintenance requests during our stay and the valet staff and service were super. The property is very well situated for either pedestrian tourism along the south strip or a base for day-tripping in the region as we did. It was also nice for families looking to avoid busy and noisy casinos connected to lobby as the property doesn’t have one though is connected via concourse to MGM Grand. I think my only suggestion for property improvement would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils in the suite but they have the basics you need for in suite food prep. Note. The Vons on Twain is the best local grocery.

Property staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Though the original room description was labeled as "Strip View" we had mountain/airport/Top Golf view. Either way, the balcony view was amazing. Apartment was clean and pleasant. My only complaint of the apartment I rented was no bathroom ventilation and the master shower drain was very slow. If someone were to take a long shower, the water may overflow onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise, I would/will rent from this property again in the future.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and we stayed for 7 days. The only problem we had was the housekeeping was going to cost us $99USD if they had to come and do any housekeeping.

Despite the name of the company, StripViewSuites, the view was awful, mostly parking garages and no sign of the Strip in sight. This was very disappointing as I was working from the room during the day and had rented this property based on the idea that it had a great view of the Strip. The room was very spacious and the property management team was very responsive. All positives there.

We stayed in tower 2 and when we asked for a taxi we were told it would be easier to go to tower 1. We were there for 5 days and needed more toilet paper. They told us they didn’t have any and there was nothing they could do. We could go to tower 1 or 3 and ask if they had any.

Everything was very clean and a lot better than photos. It was in a very good location. 10 minutes walk to strip and target. 30 min walk to Sphere, 15 min walk to Arte museum, 35 min walk to Caesar Palace, Eiffel Tower.. pool was very good. Quiet and safe. Staff were helpful.

Very convenient location. Nice apartment but we had some very minor faults. Part of the induction cooktop did not work and was chipped. Everything else was excellent. The only comment would be that the apartment was advertised with self parking. Unfortunately, that was not the case and only valet parking was available at the location. We were told the self parking is available only at MGM which was a walk. Again, minor issue and we will consider staying at The Signature when back in Vegas.

I completely love this property everytime I go to Las Vegas we stay at this location. I will visit with my children next time at this hotel as all the amenities are exactly what I would need for a family of 6.

This is the second time I've stayed here and I'm sure I'll be back, I stayed on the 31st floor of tower 2. I love how spacious it is and the full kitchen, especially love the jetted tub in the bedroom bathroom, and I do appreciate the second bathroom. The extended balcony was certainly that, it was wonderful having so much room outside. The issue I had this time was the dirty towel which was supposedly clean. I contacted the number provided and they quickly responded and said they'd have new towels brought over, and they brought a bag full of towels.

This is a great place to stay, great views of the mountains.very clean and well supplied. We did have a maintenance item come up and it was addressed fast. I highly recommend this unit on the 35th floor
