Helpful and amazing front desk!

The resort was quiet but family friendly. We saw many families and kids enjoying the pools and bbq pits, it made for a welcoming and safe atmosphere. The rooms were nice and clean, and the front desk was exceptional! They were accommodating and helpful with immediate response when I called about a forgotten item. Front desk ensured my item was safe and walked me through the steps and options on how to retrieve it since I could not return due to a flight. Easy and simple process and it made me feel supported. Thank you!!! We’ll be back! Location is also just off the strip and close taking drives to the strip short and accessible!

The service was great but the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. It smelled like 🍃 the whole time. My kids got allergic reactions, one had his eyes red and swollen, the little one was wheezing and got bit by some type of bug

First there are unidentifiable big white bug in hallway of building in A. Then the AC unit in all rooms are locked at 72 degrees cannot be changed or over ridden was forced to go buy a fan from Walmart.The beds don't have comforters just two thin sheets with a yellow fleece like blanket that's just as thin as the sheets,when I asked if I could receive an additional blanket was told that they don't carry extras but they would see what the could do. Room door is very hard to secure and lock .all in all horrible stay will not be returning

Great property as long as you don't confuse names

First and foremost, this is NOT Tahiti Village Resort; this is Tahiti Resort. There is a 15 minute drive between the two properties. The names are too similar, thus my single star for communication. I arrived frustrated at this property after first tying to check in at Tahiti Village Resort. Staff here was understanding and polite, even to the point of offering to try to reserve rooms at Tahiti Village Resort but no rooms were available. With that said, staff here was friendly, responsive, rooms were clean, two pools with basketball hoops and balls are available, along with a small mini-golf course. We had two connecting rooms, one of which had a full sized refrigerator, stove/oven and washer/dryer, detergent included. There was a wind storm one of our days, causing palm tree pieces to drop on the pool area, a safety issue. The ice machine on our floor was inoperable; one floor up was fine. Having a full fridge let us mix drinks and bring them poolside in plastic cups. We warmed a tasty leftover dinner in the oven which worked great. Overall, enjoyed our time here.
