Meh...

Check-in was very slow. One friend was forced to stay in a smoking room, despite being told initially that he could change rooms if it was too smoky. Be prepared the entire hotel reeks of smoke, even the 31st floor! Was granted a late check out but my key wouldn't let me in the room 10 minutes past the normal check out. Had to go to the front desk to reset the key, not a "I'm sorry" to be found. Rented a meeting room for a fantasy football draft, server was excellent, manager was brutal. Had the room booked from 4:30-8:30 she tried to kick us out at 8, because we were in the room just after 4, trying to get the technical issues worked out. Threatened to go "get help" to get us out despite the fact that we informed her of our signed contract until 8:30pm. We have rented a meeting room 2x before and never had this type of treatment.

The first room we were put in had a nonworking television. The worker who tried to fix it was very nice and polite, but after two attempts to get it working, he said he would not be able to fix it. We were moved to another room. That room had not only a nonworking television but also a nonworking room phone. So our whole evening, which was supposed to be our restful time before getting on the road again, was very stressful. Person on duty at front desk as well as manager on duty seemed to be very uncaring about the situations we were put in because of their inferior facility. I do not recommend this place!!

Room's need to be upgraded the lighting in the room was bad the light blubs should be brighter and bring back the elevator guy who made sure you do have a room and bring back McDonalds

The location was great you can walk right out on Fremont and go anywhere you like. The night life was fun, but I could not hear it in my room which was fantastic. The team at the coffee shop was phenomenal great customer service. Everyone was great but the team in the morning were my best encounters. The cleaning team did a great discreate job cleaning up while we were gone during the day. I actually have no complaints. Thank you for all your hard work to make our stay a memorable one.
