Room was very nice. Haven’t been to this hotel since it was Fitzgerald. Elevator was unique. All the staff were very nice. Will stay here again. We come to Vegas 3-4 times per year.

Worst experience ever

There was so much smoke in the hotel you could hardly breathe. Even though I stayed on a non-smoking floor I was up all night long with smoke from cigarettes and marijuana coming under my door. The mattresses in the room you could tell we're very old and run down we were there on a vacation and to celebrate my wife's birthday and unfortunately the hotel was not up to par. Not to mention the area is horrible!! So many homeless people disguised as quote unquote performers it's crazy. So many people extremely drunk and undressing on Fremont Street with several police officers standing nearby and nobody doing a thing. I have never felt so unsafe at a hotel. The only time we had fun was when we left the area or went to the strip . I would literally never stay there again and definitely would never stay on Fremont Street as it just seems to be an attraction for people getting high all through the streets and hotels & homeless people everywhere.

This is the second time that we had a problem with the air conditioning. We didn't have time to wait for somebody so we didn't call to have it fixed. But just so that you know for room 9007, the air conditioning or the heater did not work in the room

Location is right on Fremont Street Experience, so it can be loud until 2:00 am-- maybe quieter if you request a room not facing that area? Our room was updated, clean, and comfortable.
