Stained towels. Broken TVs in my suite the entire stay. Phone didn’t work. For $350+ a night this is pathetic. All I was offered was a $75 food credit, which covered one meal. I will never go back.

Property was nice. Rooms in new tower were clean and comfortable. Bed was a little soft for me. I left my favorite curling iron. I don’t know how to retrieve it.

I’m giving this hotel three stars because the room did not get as cold as I would’ve liked it to also because I called ahead I booked the room and asked if they had a smart tv in the room which they said they did and it was not a smart tv.

My TVs did not work in my suite for the entire 4 day 3 nights I was there. I asked the first night for them to be fixed. I was told the next day they would be fixed. They were not. All I was offered was $75 credit which covered a single meal. They wouldn’t move me into another room. My stay was not discounted. I was told they would simply let me check out and go else where with no cancellation charge. Pathetic. I’ll never stay here again. This hotel is a joke and all the service or lack there of is a prime representation of such. Can’t even keep your TVs working? Awful way to treat people, simply because it was a big weekend, I was told accept the crap room or leave.

The hotel was okay, and staff was nice and helpful if you needed anything I was shocked there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms until I asked for them and the 3rd day were there; they finally brought them to me. And was really disappointed that there was not a refrigerator for us to use and it was filled with drinks, but we would be charged if we drank any, coffee pot and microwave in the room for us to use. Very pricey for being my first time being in Vegas. Not sure I will be back.

The first day was great but the day of check out was the worse day ever. I was going to grab coffee for me and husband and couldn’t grab my door because I was holding my coffee I was asked the put it down in the process of picking it up everything fell and all he said was I will get someone to clean it up.
