The hotel was okay, and staff was nice and helpful if you needed anything I was shocked there were no wash clothes in the bathrooms until I asked for them and the 3rd day were there; they finally brought them to me. And was really disappointed that there was not a refrigerator for us to use and it was filled with drinks, but we would be charged if we drank any, coffee pot and microwave in the room for us to use. Very pricey for being my first time being in Vegas. Not sure I will be back.

The first day was great but the day of check out was the worse day ever. I was going to grab coffee for me and husband and couldn’t grab my door because I was holding my coffee I was asked the put it down in the process of picking it up everything fell and all he said was I will get someone to clean it up.

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at the Palms. The complimentary cabana for locals was truly exceptional, and I appreciated the clean pool and helpful staff. The room was also impeccably clean.

It’s a nice place for the money. The atmosphere was mostly younger adults but still a good vibe. My first time staying off the strip where everything is more assessable but they do offer shuttle service, not sure it’s free because we had a rental. I would recommend staying here.
