The room is clean, comfy, and has a decent bathroom. The staff was friendly, and I would not hesitate to go again. It is a bit far from the main strip, but the price justifies that.

No one was at counter at check in time As we checked in on line to save time.But waited 15 to 20 minutes to receive the keys. Bath tub drainage wasn't working as it need to be. No coffee maker,no fridge, no micro wave. Only great about it is its convenient for public trasport and tower thst i love most. staff was great except one room cleaning lady.

Parking and check-in were extremely confusing. There was no clear place to park while checking in—only a “valet only” lane and a “drop-off/tow away” zone. We were eventually told to park in the tow-away area and move the car after check-in. Even with only one guest ahead of us, check-in took 20 minutes. We were told no rooms were available despite having a confirmed reservation and were asked to stay in a smoking room. After management intervened, we were given a room but told we’d have to switch the next morning. The promised 9am follow-up never happened, and other guests were experiencing similar issues. Parking was handled through a confusing web app, and only after searching did we learn guest parking costs $21/day, which was never disclosed. The first room was very small, had no refrigerator, a clogged sink, weak hot water, loud noise from the ice machine, old uncomfortable beds, no towel racks, and unusable WiFi. The room change process was poorly coordinated and unclear, requiring us to pack and move everything ourselves after a long day. We received a $50 food credit, but most restaurants were closed and hours weren’t posted, so it was hard to use. Overall, the experience was disorganized, stressful, and far below expectations. I won’t be returning.

Never got the deposit back. They also charged me $165 on a day that I wasn’t even in Vegas, after the trip was already over and the staff at the check in desk was rude.
