At first I booked like a regular room and staff offered to upgrade to my room for certain amount with lots of features, everything is good but no water early in the morning to get shower, to use the washroom Or even wash your face. Also, internet in having trouble connecting as well, called the front desk and internet is down for an hour.

The property is clean. Staff is blah. Limited on restaurants to just three fancy overpriced restaurants. No food court. Room was ok. Tv worked half the time and digitally glitched. There was a delay on room when arrived. Gave away the one I chose. No water one night. Then no hot water one whole morning. Shower is open stall with no door, also with no water pressure. Towels feel like floor towels. Pool hours 10am to 6 pm. Probably won’t stay here again.

The bathroom door doesn't close all the way. Leaving you heard or seen when using the toilet, Awesome design. The bed is rock hard. My husband was is pain the next day. The neighborhood is sketchy as heck with homeless people and drug use.

While the room was clean we were not offered any wash cloths or new towels after the second day without asking for them. Personal medications were taken from my bag while we were at the pool and the room was being cleaned.

We enjoyed our stay at the Strat. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The Strat tower was a crazy experience. My only complaint is when we entered our room there was no clean towels and a pile of dirty towels on the floor.
