What was great was there several restaurants, beautiful property outside, most bartenders made great drinks, and a great location. Only downfall was the couch, chair and carpet weren’t vacuumed well. Some visible sand on the couch. Also found fresh blood on the computer. Staff must have missed it but sheets above and below were clean. Wish they used duvets instead. Table also wasn’t wiped down. Grout in tub had mildew as well as caulking and edges around shower. Deep clean needed. Could’ve been a 10 all around if it wasn’t for the cleanliness. However, the staff was great about fixing the problem and apologizing. Still grossed out and troublesome.

The room is clean but the pillows are not comfortable. I don’t like the elevator wait and one of the elevators was out of service. The staff was amazing though super helpful plus friendly. The pool area is unique with great vibes. I like the food options the pizza place was delicious. I would stay again hopefully the pillows can be softer.

I've been to Las Vegas several times over the years and always stayed on the Strip. Was in town recently for a concert at Allegiant stadium, and found a good deal on this hotel. Our flight arrived early in the morning and we were offered a room upgrade in exchange for an early check-in which we gratefully accepted. Our room in the Canyon Tower was spacious, modern and well equipped. The resort itself is recently remodeled, with a fantastic pool complex, an excellent little casino, swanky bars and some decent restaurant options too. You really don't need to leave the resort for a great vacation - but it's a short drive from the resort to downtown. Returning to Virgin from the Strip really felt like a respite from the chaos and crowds, a little Vegas oasis. A couple of minor gripes - our room wasn't cleaned once during our two night stay. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to get our bed made and some fresh towels. Also, the poolside drink service was almost non-existent. Definitely not a deal breaker but would have taken the pool experience up a notch. Overall - would definitely stay here again.

The water coming out of the restroom faucet looked like milk. When we called maintenance to complain about the cloudy water, they told us that it is “normal.” Disgusted and not in the mood to argue, we packed up and left the hotel that day. The property is otherwise in good shape. Very close to the strip and other must-see sites. If you don’t mind brushing your teeth and showering with questionable water, then go ahead and book here.
