Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Lathum. Die Unterkunft war für uns vier perfekt. Auf dem ersten Blick stylisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war für alle ausreichend Platz. Die Ausstattung mit u. a. Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine war für uns genau richtig. Wir haben uns nicht zuletzt wegen des tollen Gartens mit Terrasse sehr wohlgefühlt.

Mit wenigen Ausnahmen zufrieden

Wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, haben gut geschlafen.Im Schuppen waren die Fahrräder leider nur gerade so unterzubringen.Die zugesagten deutschen Fernsehsender waren zunächst nicht vorhanden. Nachdem ein Fachmann beauftragt worden war, klappte es dann ohne Probleme.Abstriche musste man bei der Sauberkeit machen: Gartenmöbel, Küche, kleines Schlafzimmer (verstaubtes Stirnband vom Vorgänger auf dem Fußboden), Binde im Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer , im Bad verstaubte Heizungslamellen und Fensterrahmen voller Dreck und Haare. Zuständige Person wollte unseren Argumenten nicht folgen.Gut, dass eine Klinaanlage vorhanden war, da der Bungalow sich sehr aufheizt!

Toller Aufenthalt in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage

Das Haus hat alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Ruhig, aber zentral gelegen. Die Ausstattung war prima und alles da, was wir brauchten. Von der Kücheneinrichtung bis zum mega bequemen Sofa. Auch der Aussenbereich und der Blick zum Brunnen sind ein dickes Plus.

Schönes Ferienhaus, Ferienpark furchtbar

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, aber leider etwas dreckig. Der Ferienpark ist überhaupt nicht schön. Beim ehemaligen Supermarkt ist ein großes Loch im Boden, es gibt keine Möglichkeiten etwas einzukaufen. Beim Veranstaltungsraum sind die Fenster zugeklebt und der Raum ist eine Zumutung und trotzdem finden Veranstaltungen drin statt. Es ist die schlechteste Kinderdisco, die wir je erlebt haben. Auch das Restaurant und der Kiosk sind sanierungsbedürftig und riechen nach Rauch.

Gestank

Das Haus an sich ist super schön, alles neuwertig und gepflegt. Ein Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng,ansonsten Haus wirklich schön. Allerdings gab es sobald man draußen saß,einen furchtbaren Gestank,den man echt nicht einatmen wollte. Vom Vermieter erfuhren wir,dass es von der Gastherme kam. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass Gas so stinken kann. Draußen sitzen konnten wir vergessen. Das war wirklich sehr ärgerlich, weil wir schönes Wetter hatten und uns dann einen anderen Ort suchen mussten,anstatt den Garten zu genießen.
