We had a nice room with a river view. The only complaint, and I know it’s a casino hotel, is how much smoke we had to walk through to get to the elevator to our non-smoking room.

Stayed in room 16054. When we 1st checked in the room smelled like spicy body odor and vomit. Instead of switching rooms, we picked up a scented jar candle to cover up the stench. Upon checkout we got hit with a bogus $472 charge for smoking in the room. After several back and forths with Lisa K at the front desk she agreed to drop the charges since the report showed the numbers were very light and dropped quickly since actual smoking wasn't taking place. Instead of being professional explaining the charges, she got an attitude and tries scolding me about how dangerous this is and we could of burnt down the hotel. Bed was rock hard, pillows were flat and lumpy, bathroom floor was filthy and the windows were so dirty you could barely see the river view we paid for. We will never stay here or spend any money at Aquarius or Edgewater after our experience here over Thanksgiving weekend.

The room size was good, the view great But the matress had me almost falling out of bed unless I moved over to my wife's side.The sulphur smell from the restrooms on the morning after Thanksgiving (Arizona Tower) forced me to walk across the casino to the other Tower restrooms
