I did not have breakfast. It would have been nice to have a light switch on the wall connected to a light that would light up the room. Also, only one outlet to plug in any chargers near the bed was not enough.

It was a very good place to stay. The staff was courteous. The food options were good. I give them a 10 the bed was comfortable. The room was a little cold, but they came in maintenance came right in and heated it up for us so everything was better then so they get a 10.

The hotel and casino staff were friendly. However, the hotel felt somewhat outdated, and the ventilation system was not strong enough, so there was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke throughout the casino. As non-smokers, my wife and I found it difficult to breathe. We paid extra to book a room with a river view, but the river was only visible at about a 45-degree angle, not a full, direct river view. In addition, the room window was dirty, which made it even harder to see. Overall, the hotel appears to be in need of renovation.

Staff was friendly when there was contact made. I used kiosk to check in faster as there was a very long line. When I arrived to the room the bed looked like someone was lying on top of it and the mattress was obviously dated as there were two indentations worn down from where people have slept on it over time. Also the walls were so thin that I could the people next to me talking. I understood that the casino area was a smoking area but the ventilation was poor making the smoke smell almost unbearable.
