I am giving 2 stars, since the price was good and check in attendant was friendly and welcoming. But upon arrival to our room, it had layers and layers of dust on all areas. The floor looked as if it had not been swept and mopped in months. I am not exaggerating. I could not let my daughters walk freely in the room due to this reason. Thankfully I had clorox wipes and was able to wipe common touch areas. I'd definitely recommend asking for a cleanliness touch up in any room you stay in.

After i checked in, i had to check in with security also. They had me go back out into the parking lot to get my license plate number off my truck because I was towing a boat. It took over 20 minutes just to be allowed to park. Really ridiculous at midnight .

The check in was flawless on Saturday with the front desk attendant. She was courteous and kind and ver accommodating The room was clean and comfortable. The geater worked extremely well as it was cold outside. We will always appreciate the kindness of all the staff.. we will be definitely visiting abd staying at the New Pioneer agan and refer people we know to stay there as well. THANK YOU NEW PIONEER FOR A WONDERFUL STAY EXPERIENCE.
