The staff was excellent and nice when checking in. It’s smaller hotel so it takes a little longer than the other bigger hotels by it. But over all the front staff was great customer service. The rooms were decent some things were upgraded. The bathroom we had was very small but it did the job. The casino was under some construction so there’s that. Again for being smaller hotel trying to renovate. They do have beach access I didn’t get chance to see it. For the right price I would go back.

It was not at all friendly to pets nor an elderly woman (a close family friend who was in town) having an episode from a serious heart complication.. she needed to just breathe, in the a/c cause it was over 100°f outside. The front desk called and told me to get her dog out of the room or they were going to fine me $250 and put me on a list where I can't get rooms here ever again.. I tried explaining the situation and the woman at the front desk said twice, very rudely "I do not care, get that dog out".. so the woman went out with her dog and I found out later on she was hospitalized. I am very upset with how that whole situation had been dealt with. Not hospitable at all.

Had a family friend who happened to be in Laughlin same time I was, she was with her son boyfriend and their dog. I invited them into our hotel room because she is older with heart problems and was experiencing shortness of breath. It was very hot outside, so we brought her dog in to. He's very well mannered and house broken and it was only for a few minutes. The front desk calls me to tell me they're going to kick me out and charge me $250. I told them the situation and the woman at the front told me very insensitively and twice in a row, very un hospitable "I DONT CARE". I was in shock to hear such a reply.. and I said are you serious and repeated our situation hoping she heard me Wrong and would have some compassion for this woman but she was not trying to hear me at all. I was locked out of my room and charged $250 the day before this because a friend's toddler had Picasso'd a white chair the day before. This hotel is supposedly "pet friendly" or so they say, but they're not friendly to pets or people by making me take her dog outside which made her go outside and now she in the hospital and I have to watch her dog because no one can and now I can't go back to my room with him. It's horrible 😭😭
