Great hotel they did not clean or replace towels and hardly anyone staying in the hotel. We asked for more towels they finally came at night and left the old. Check in person was great. Room was fine the gaming only had gaming tables open on Thurs, Fri Sat and Sun. Restaurant Brew Brothers closed Xmas eve but open Xmas day. Just odd open and closed.

This is our second stay here and really enjoyed our visit. The reason I gave the property condition a 4 star and not 5 is because of the bed. The mattresses are over due to be changed.

I checked in late and requested a smoking room. I got some food and headed to my room. I didn't see any ashtrays so zI called the front desk. Sure enough the clerk that I checked in with moved my reservation from a non smoking room to another non smoking room. I walked about a third of a mile to go to the front desk and get keys to another room. I moved two floors lower but it was the same length hall.sobs third of a mile. Heudd what? The keys didn't work. Another third of a mile walk and back. I was sweating profusely!
