Six Houses from the BEACH!!!! Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house . The 1st floor features a large open style living area with kitchen, dining area, family room with flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The 2nd floor includes an additional family room area with TV, a great deck with outdoor seating and 2 bedroom and 1.5 baths.

Situated beach block, guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities and later walk or bike on the board walk. Lavallette is a beautiful town. Lavallette has miniature golf, arcade, ice parlors, and many restaurants and much more.

The house and neighborhood are ideal for families or people looking to enjoy a quiet vacation at the Jersey Shore. Excellent area - most homes on the block are owner occupied. Many excellent restaurants and stores within walking distance, stroll the Lavallette Boardwalk or walk to Barnegat Bay. Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Island Beach State Park are a short drive away. The town of Lavallette continues to be a premier Summer vacation spot.

Rentals are from Saturday 2PM check-in until the following Saturday 11AM check-out. Renters must supply their own linens and personal products such as soaps, shampoos, etc. 6 beach badges are provided. Weekly or Daily Beach Badges can be purchased at the beach.

Mutually binding standard contract, $500 Security Deposit (for cleaning/damage - refundable if not needed), 50% Rental Deposit upon signing contract with Balance payable 4 weeks prior to occupancy is required. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Renters are required to wash bath towels and return property in clean condition.
