Kelly the owner was great to work with. The home was clean and ready for our family upon arrival. However, it was not mentioned how much road noise we would hear from I-70. It was much louder than we expected. If you are a light sleeper I recommend you bring a noise machine or ear plugs. Other than that, nice rental.
