Feels luxury, priced low for the amenities

It was very comfy and fresh and new. Obviously smart and competent staff, but I felt sorry for them because clearly not enough staff hired yet! The manager running the front desk and bar at the same time was very cheerful, energetic, and handled everything with a smile. No problems at all with anything. VERY CLEAN, VERY comfortable. A little west but easy to get back into town with 10 min drive.

Very well kept clean hotel and easy to find. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a comfortable nights sleep and many choices at the breakfast bar in the morning, I would definitely recommend it.

Expedia lied on room rates I was quoted 89.00 night they bumped up Friday and Saturday nights over 200. Tried to cancel would let me with our penalties also guy at counter rude and I had to ask for room to be cleaned then they didn't show up spoke to housekeeping manager next time she was great and cleaned I stayed 1 week one time cleaned

Stone hill

Traveling from Estes park, Colorado to southern illinois, decided to stop in Lawrence for the night. Our daughter attended KU from 2019 to 2023 and we love Lawrence. Stayed in this hotel many times

Lydia was very responsive, cheerful, and quite helpful! The only issue we had was that the maintence staff would congregate at the end of their day, right outside the pool, and they were staring at us for extended periods of times.
