Carpet was filthy...room had an odor. Feel it came from carpet. Figure day workers stay there, multiple guests in one room, and ruined carpet with dirty boots. We reported it and front desk offered to try to clean it. Staff was friendly. They told us they were in process of remodeling

Staff very helpful and pleasant. Good location for travellers. But not many amenities in immediate area especially for dining. Breakfast very limited, especially healthy options. Hotel being upgraded, so perhaps this will change but furniture poor condition, pool was open but no changing facilities. Maybe good stopover if you are arriving late and leaving early. I would probably look for other options if I pass this way again. But I did appreciate helpfulness of staff on site.

My stay was rated poor because of certain things. my room had poor lighting, water stain on the ceiling. my mattress, we could feel the springs in the mattress, the soap dish wasn't clean, the tub faucet was running at the same time the shower was running. The bath sink had a slow drain. The pool water was dirty and cloudy looking

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - loved them all! The hot tub didn’t work and that was the main reason for choosing this hotel (the jets wouldn’t come on so you could just sit in really hot water). We told the desk clerk about it the first night but it still wasn’t fixed the next day. Also, very little water pressure in the shower and water seemed cold.
